SME focus groups
BT in collaboration with Plymouth University is running a series of focus groups to understand current business attitudes and expectations for superfast broadband. The first tranche of groups was with SMEs not yet connected to superfast broadband and identifies that there are few real barriers for superfast broadband adoption. Key learnings about information and expectations are being used by the team.
